By registering and creating an account on 8 tbajee, or by using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 8 tbajee.

These terms are written in Bengali, and in the event of any translation, the original Bengali version shall be considered final. In case of any dispute over a clause, the Bengali version takes precedence.

Each individual may only have Only one one 8 tbajee account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and all balances forfeited.

• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• For account verification (KYC), 8 tbajee may request a photo of your National ID or passport.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until your identity has been verified.

If it is proven that a minor has used an account, all transactions on that account will be voided and the balance forfeited.
